To me, confidence is owning who you are and where you come from. My name is Larissa and I’m just a human on this third rock from the sun. Celebrating ourselves and the unique qualities we all possess is an under practiced action. Finding Your Roots visually expresses how discovering my ancestry and cultural heritage transformed my confidence. Connecting with my cultural identity beyond that of just being an American.
